Dutch Elm Disease Detected in City

Be advised that Dutch elm disease has been detected in the City of Melfort. The City is now undertaking the process of removing infected trees and firewood.

NLP Pool Maintenance Shutdown

The Northern Lights Palace Pool will be closed for seasonal maintenance from Monday, September 11th to Sunday, October 1, 2017, with reopening scheduled for Monday, October 2nd.

History Geocaching with the Museum

July 14 - August 26, 2015

 

DO YOU HAVE A LOVE FOR THE OUTDOORS, A FONDNESS FOR HIGH-TECH TOYS, AN INTEREST IN HISTORY AND AN ADVENTUROUS SPIRIT? IF SO, GEOCACHING MIGHT BE JUST THE HOBBY FOR YOU!
Come out and have some fun learning about the history of Melfort. Register at the Melfort & District Museum from Monday – Saturday, 9-5 and get your first coordinates to start your history adventure.
Cost of registration is $15.00 per person or $25.00 per family. This includes an invitation to the wind-up BBQ on Wednesday, August 26th, 2015.

 

Geocaching starts July 14th until August 26th. Register anytime throughout the summer and complete the course at your own pace!
