MELFORT KINSMEN CENTENARY TRAIL

Constructed as a Centenary Project for the public’s enjoyment, this trail was a joint effort between the City of Melfort, the Melfort Kinsmen Club, Ducks Unlimited, the Sasktel Telephone Pioneers, the Province of Saskatchewan and the Prairie Farms Rehabilitation Administration.

The walking trail consists of 3.6 kms, following a path on the north edge of the city along McDonald Road before turning south to follow Star City Road towards Spruce Haven Park, with a scenic detour around Melfort Creek as well. Get outside and enjoy a walk or a run along this popular feature in the community (dogs must be kept on a leash).  Watch for expansion of the trail in the future!
