Surrounded by large trees for a peaceful retreat and connected to the walking trail and ball park, Spruce Haven Park was bequeathed to the City of Melfort by the Howe’s family.   It is located at the intersection of Shadd Drive and Spruce Haven Road.

Spruce Haven Recreation Area is comprised of a ball park, labyrinth, picnic area comprised of three picnic shelters (two with power) and access to water, washrooms, and R.V. waste disposal. New for 2018 is the Melfort Skatepark, a 15,000 square foot facility designed for all level of skater, scooter and BMX biker.  Future components include soccer pitches, splash park and playground to be constructed in 2019. 

Overnight camping is not permitted.
